- No BBQ or cooking anywhere on the property.
- No smoking in rooms or living areas (tar residue requires costly AC cleaning); please smoke outdoors in ventilated areas only.
- Non-guests are not permitted to use property or room facilities; please notify staff for any exception.
- Solicitation, drug dealing and other illegal acts are strictly prohibited in the rooms.
- Excessive drinking, betel nut, loud noise, gambling, parties, drug use and any damage to rooms or furnishings are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep voices low before 6 AM and after 10 PM to respect neighbors.
- Please treat all furnishings with care; damage or loss will be charged at retail price.
- Breakfast is served 7:30–9:00 AM (no service outside this window).
- No running or horseplay on the premises to avoid injuries.
